Edris added that Mabany Edris recently unveiled the first
model units of the Koun project and presented them to clients, which helped
attract new buyers in recent days.
The Koun project covers 110 acres at Kilometer 201 on the
Alexandria–Matrouh Road in the North West Coast. It includes over 1,500
residential units, ranging from one-bedroom chalets to three-bedroom units, as
well as various models of twin houses, townhouses, penthouses, and detached
villas.
Mabany Edris’ portfolio includes more than eight projects in
West Cairo, including the Green 1 to 6 residential series. The company also
launched The Block, a commercial and administrative project, and Central
Avenue, a mixed commercial, administrative, and medical project in the heart of
Sheikh Zayed City in West Cairo. In addition, the company developed Asayla in
New Assiut, the first villa compound in the area, and has executed several
industrial projects.
