increasing tree planting in accordance with the authority’s plan to enhance the
visual appearance of the city. He also inspected the distinguished housing

The chairman reviewed landscaping work, internal roads and
general site coordination. He stressed the need to adhere to set timelines and
ensure quality implementation across all project components to deliver
residential units that meet the aspirations of Egyptian citizens.
Amin underscored the importance of completing landscaping
and site coordination simultaneously with utility installations, ensuring that
the project is delivered in an integrated and orderly manner. He called for
daily follow-up by implementing companies and the immediate handling of any
issues that arise.
He noted that a campaign was carried out in coordination
with the Urban Development Police targeting Plot No 63 in Neighborhood 7 of the
Distinguished District. The campaign followed the detection of an attempt to
change the approved residential use of a basement. The unauthorized work was
halted, necessary legal measures were taken against the violator, and the site
was restored to its original state.
He emphasized the need for all citizens to comply with
construction laws and regulations to support the intended urban development and
prevent unplanned or informal practices in the city.
