El-Sherbiny toured the project site and reviewed the
infrastructure and roadworks. He instructed the completion of the remaining
landscaping works and emphasized the importance of finalizing operational and
maintenance tasks. He directed that residential units should not be delivered
to homeowners until site lighting, planting, and full landscaping are completed
to ensure the delivery of fully prepared units.
He also called on the project team to conduct regular follow-up
on the remaining tasks and to strictly enforce the implementation schedules
previously set by the executing companies. He underlined the need to deliver
the units according to the approved specifications and at the highest quality
standards.
The Sawary project is designed to offer a variety of housing
options and investment services, contributing to the expansion of development
projects in Alexandria Governorate. The first phase of the project covers 120
acres and includes the construction of 64 luxury residential towers over 60
acres, offering units ranging in size from 130 to 280 square meters. The villa
zone, located on 57 acres, includes 310 villas, along with full infrastructure
and roadwork development.
The second component of the project focuses on developing
250 acres of land within the Sawary urban area through public-private
partnership investments. These include residential, commercial, administrative,
and educational developments implemented in cooperation with 20 real estate
developers. The site also features a commercial district and a social club
spanning 29.73 acres.
