According to a disclosure to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX),
the new land plot will be added to the company’s portfolio. The company
reaffirmed its continued coordination with relevant authorities to preserve and
efficiently utilize its land assets in a way that aligns with its investment
objectives.
Recently, Heliopolis Company has also announced plans to
offer eight vacant plots for sale in New Heliopolis City through a public
auction.
The plots, designated for residential use, vary in size and
location across the city. The auction session is scheduled for Saturday, August
16, 2025, and will be held in accordance with the official tender terms and
conditions.
