Madbouly, on a tour to monitor projects in the Northwest
Coast region, was accompanied by Housing Minister Sherif El Sherbiny, Matrouh
Governor Khaled Shoaib, AOI Chairman Major General Mokhtar Abdel Latif, and New
Alamein City Authority head Ahmed Ibrahim.
Following the inauguration, the prime minister and his
delegation inspected the 650-square-meter exhibition, operating under the
slogan "Made in Egypt." The display features the AOI's latest
offerings, including electrical and electronic appliances, home goods, security
systems, and modern wooden furnishings.
Major General Abdel Latif explained that establishing the
exhibition in New Alamein is part of an "ambitious marketing plan" by
the AOI to meet customer demands with high-quality, environmentally friendly
products boasting significant local manufacturing content. He added that the
exhibition aligns with the latest digital transformation trends.
Abdel Latif emphasized that customer satisfaction is a core
objective for the AOI exhibition at North Square Mall Alamein, stressing the
importance of effective communication and public reception. He confirmed that maintenance
and after-sales services are provided with an AOI guarantee.
During their visit to the "Atico" wood products
section, Madbouly received a briefing from Dr. Sherif Raafat, Executive
Director of the Atico Wood Industries Factory. Raafat showcased a variety of
wooden furniture, noting that Atico has partnered with Romanian company Antares
to manufacture office chairs and reception sets in Egypt. He also highlighted
that AOI exhibitions offer attractive and convenient installment plans for
customers, with a public lottery drawing for purchase coupons and valuable
prizes for winners who participated in the opening.
The Prime Minister personally inspected several wooden furniture
items to verify their strength and durability.
At the AOI Electronics Exhibition, Madbouly heard from Major
General Ahmed Mohamed Abdel Aziz, Chairman of the Electronics Factory. Abdel
Aziz detailed the exhibits, which include television screens, air conditioners,
vacuum cleaners, fans, microwaves, receivers, LED lighting systems,
surveillance cameras, computers, tablets, laptops, and mobile phones. He
announced special discounts of up to 50% on all products for one week to mark
the exhibition's opening.
Madbouly also tried an interactive screen produced by the
AOI Electronics Factory, inquiring about available sizes and models of the
competitively priced displays.
The Prime Minister stressed the importance of promoting
these products and ensuring their availability in retail chains nationwide,
citing their quality and competitive prices.
Madbouly lauded the AOI's role in localizing advanced
manufacturing technologies for electrical and electronic appliances and wood
industries, as well as the quality and appropriate pricing of its products.
The visit concluded with a commemorative photo of the prime minister with exhibition officials.
