Khalaf stated that the "Lake West" project, a
residential development spanning 43 acres, is located on the Dahshour Link road
and includes a variety of services. The project is being self-funded. He noted
that the project is divided into two phases, with the first successfully
delivered and work underway to deliver the second phase within two months.
The second phase comprises 123 villas. The project is being
executed by Cairo Capital for Contracting, a sister company with over 30 years
of experience in the Saudi market, where it holds a Class A classification.
Khalaf added that 96 villas in the project have already been handed over to clients and are now occupied. He affirmed that the company is operating at full capacity to ensure the prompt delivery of the second phase.
