According to the NUCA's announcement, all citizens can access these services online without having to visit the Citizen Services Technology Centers in the new cities. This is part of the authority's efforts to automate all services.
The NUCA added that various services have been provided through this platform to facilitate access for citizens and encourage them to apply to the platform. Service fees have been reduced by 50% compared to those provided at the technology centers. It has also enabled electronic payment of all service fees via Fawry or Visa Card, allowing access to services through the platform.
