The meeting was attended by officials from the Ministry and the Authority, along with several heads of new city authorities.
El-Sherbiny stressed the importance of finalizing the land status legalization process, calling for the development of clear timelines and effective mechanisms to accelerate progress across the cities. He emphasized the need for rigorous follow-up and prompt resolution, in line with President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi’s directives to achieve the highest levels of urban development.
The meeting also addressed key challenges, proposed solutions, and emphasized compliance with regulatory frameworks to ensure workflow efficiency and swift completion of the process.
During the meeting, city authority heads delivered presentations outlining the progress made in processing applications, as well as expected timelines for completion. They also reviewed completed and ongoing utility projects, including water, sewage, and roads, serving the newly added areas.
