According to a company statement, the new project, "Maspero Metropolis Tower," consists of 16 administrative floors and four garage floors. It contains office spaces ranging from 84 square meters to 404 square meters, in addition to a ground floor dedicated to commercial units. The tower also features modern security systems and elevators and is operated by specialized maintenance companies to ensure the highest level of service.
Tamer Nasser, CEO of City Edge, stated that the project is scheduled for completion in 2028, coinciding with the opening of the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel directly connected to the tower. This will enhance the site's investment value and serve a wide range of customers.
He added that the project is part of the Maspero District development plan, which extends over an area of 77 acres and includes 24 plots of land for residential, commercial, hotel, and administrative projects. This is part of the state's vision to revive historic Cairo and integrate it into the future of urban development.
Nasser stressed that the project represents a pivotal step toward providing a flexible business environment that supports innovation, explaining that the tower's advanced architectural design, smart infrastructure, and vital location make it an attractive destination for local and international investments.
