Ayman Amer, General Manager of SODIC, confirmed that more than 108 units are slated for delivery this month, contributing to a total of 1,783 units that SODIC is committed to delivering throughout 2025. He emphasized that this early delivery aligns with the company's commitment to timely or early project handovers, a track record they have maintained for nearly three decades.
Amer added that VYE features the largest solar-powered residential project in Africa and the second largest in the Middle East. He also noted that the VYE residential community is set for significant expansions, including key facilities such as the VYE Town Center, scheduled for completion in early 2026, the Karmell Hub in mid-2026, and a fully equipped social club by the end of 2027.
