According to Ahmed Ehab, the company's CEO, the Kenz project spans 200 feddans and will comprise 1,500 residential units. The first phase of the project is slated for delivery within four years, with anticipated sales for this phase projected at EGP 6 billion.
Kenz is designed to be a comprehensive development, featuring a five-star hotel that will be exclusively operated by an international brand—a first for Egypt. In addition to the hotel, the project will include serviced apartments offering integrated hospitality services, a 20,000-square-meter commercial area, and dedicated sports and social clubs.
