"We're thrilled to partner with Majid Al Futtaim to
bring the 25hours brand to Egypt for the first time, especially within an
integrated destination like Junction," said Gaurav Bhushan, Co-CEO of
Ennismore. "Each 25hours hotel draws design inspiration from its
location's culture and history, and we look forward to delivering a rich
storytelling experience through unique design and social spaces like
restaurants and cafes, offering our guests a truly distinctive stay."
Ahmed El Shamy, CEO of Majid Al Futtaim Properties, stated,
"At Majid Al Futtaim, we create destinations that truly reflect our
contemporary customers' aspirations and needs. Adding 25hours to Junction is a
pioneering step in redefining customer experiences and innovating lifestyles
within our projects." He emphasized, "This collaboration not only
brings a global hospitality brand to Egypt but also reaffirms our long-term
commitment to developing integrated, future-forward environments that foster
economic growth, stimulate innovation, and revitalize urban life."
Located in the heart of the Junction project, the new 25hours
hotel will feature approximately 250 units, including hotel rooms and 25hours
Heimat branded residential units. The hotel embodies the 25hours philosophy,
offering a complete and contemporary lifestyle experience. Guests and residents
will have access to three distinctive restaurants, co-working spaces, wellness
and recreation facilities, and versatile meeting and event rooms. The 25hours
Heimat residences provide an unparalleled living experience, offering
innovative facilities and personalized services via an on-site concierge, along
with benefits from Accor's ownership program. Since its founding in Germany, 25hours
has become part of Ennismore, the lifestyle brands group, and has grown
globally due to its creative experiences centered on each location's unique
identity.
This partnership marks a pivotal step in Majid Al Futtaim's
vision to develop destinations that combine commercial vitality with cultural
integration. For Ennismore, it represents a strategic expansion of the 25hours
brand into markets that celebrate creativity and local community vibes.
Junction was unveiled in April 2025 as a key part of Majid Al Futtaim's expansion strategy in Egypt. The project is designed to enhance productivity, creativity, and community spirit through its advanced infrastructure, distinctive planning, and carefully curated public spaces and walkways. With sustainability as a core principle, Junction aims to achieve LEED Gold certification, combining business and modern life in a new vision for how people work, collaborate, and interact with the city. The arrival of the 25hours brand, will inject new dynamism into the Junction area, transforming it into a prominent destination for business, culture, and modern entrepreneurship.
