During his program "El Hekaya" on MBC Masr on Monday evening, Adib highlighted the significant economic benefits of TMG's new project in Iraq. He emphasized that the venture, which TMG is contracted to develop, will generate substantial hard currency income, with projected sales reaching an impressive $17 billion. Beyond financial gains, the project is set to create numerous job opportunities for Egyptian workers and will source materials and supplies directly from Egyptian factories for the construction of these new cities. Adib described TMG's Iraqi endeavor as a "gigantic" project destined to transform Baghdad's landscape.
Earlier, Talaat Moustafa Group announced the signing of a memorandum of understanding to develop a sustainable, mixed-use city in Iraq. This strategic move aligns with their ambitious regional expansion plans and their commitment to replicating their successful model of integrated, sustainable communities. Located southwest of Baghdad, the project spans approximately 14 million square meters and is designed to include about 46,000 residential, commercial, educational, health, and service units, mirroring the thriving communities TMG has already established in Egypt and Saudi Arabia.
