El-Sherbiny emphasized the ongoing need to finalize the regularization of citizens' and entities' statuses in the newly added land areas of several new cities. This includes effective land use planning to create integrated urban communities.
In this context, Engineer Bassam Mohamed, Head of El Shorouk
City Development Authority, clarified that the ninth manual public draw will
allocate land to customers who have paid down payments for the regularized
areas. These allotments will be for specific land area categories in the Rabia
area: 209 sq.m., 276 sq.m., 400 sq.m., 500 sq.m., and other sizes.
He stressed that customers must arrive at the Authority's headquarters by 10:00 AM on the specified date to register their attendance. The doors will close promptly at 12:00 PM for the public draw to begin. To attend, customers must present a valid ID and the original payment receipt.
