He emphasized that attacks do not differentiate between a country, an entities, or an individual. The UAE's national cybersecurity strategy is based on five pillars: governance, building national technologies, building national human resources and cadres, emphasizing the importance of universities and human resources development. The third pillar of the UAE strategy is permanent defense, as attacks are ongoing. The fourth pillar is reliance on creativity and innovation, not just transferring technology, but developing it to meet national needs. The fifth pillar is partnership with the community, countries, and the private sector.
He pointed out that the rising generations possess great skills and creativity, as witnessed in the international awards won by many Arab countries and their excellence in global cybersecurity indicators. He thanked all participants, including government officials, Arab countries, and regional organizations.
