Engineer Abdullah Salam, CEO and Managing Director of the company, stated that the new project, Shark Tank Business Park, will be developed with investments exceeding $1 billion, in collaboration with Innovative Media Productions (IMP) and Sony Pictures Entertainment.
He added that the project spans 20 acres and includes 16 buildings. It also includes the first co-working complex dedicated to Shark Tank. The first phase of the project is scheduled for delivery by 2029.
He explained that the launch of Shark Tank Business Park is a milestone in the company's strategy for a comprehensive transformation focused on growth and long-term value creation.
