In his speech, Shimi extended his sincere congratulations and best wishes to the leadership, government, and people of the Republic of Cameroon on the occasion of the National Day, wishing them more progress and prosperity. He stressed the deep historical relations between the two countries and the commitment to strengthening bilateral cooperation in various fields, particularly economic, trade, and investment.
The Minister also praised the remarkable development of Egyptian-Cameroonian relations in light of shared African ties, stressing Egypt's commitment, under the leadership of His Excellency President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, to strengthening cooperation with its African brothers and supporting efforts to achieve sustainable development on the continent.
