In a statement to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX), the company reported profits of 4.41 billion Egyptian pounds for the period from January to the end of March 2025, compared to 4.13 billion Egyptian pounds in the same period of 2024, factoring in minority rights.
TMG Holding also saw a significant rise in revenue during Q1
2025, reaching 9.42 billion Egyptian pounds, up from 6.79 billion Egyptian
pounds in the corresponding period last year.
On a standalone basis, the company's Q1 2025 profits stood
at 216.77 million Egyptian pounds, a slight increase from the 206.84 million
Egyptian pounds reported in Q1 2024.
Looking back at the full year 2024, TMG Holding achieved a
net profit of 14.46 billion Egyptian pounds, a substantial increase compared to
the 3.34 billion Egyptian pounds in 2023 (including minority rights). The
company's real estate activity revenue also grew to 24.52 billion Egyptian
pounds in 2024, from 21.57 billion Egyptian pounds in the previous year.
Furthermore, hotel activity revenue surged to 11.49 billion Egyptian pounds in
2024, significantly higher than the 3.54 billion Egyptian pounds in 2023.
The standalone company's profits for 2024 reached 801.96 million Egyptian pounds, up from 682.46 million Egyptian pounds in 2023.
