The company added, through its officials at a conference held today, that its strategy focuses on continuing work on its three projects in New Cairo, Sheikh Zayed, and Ras El Hekma, while also studying the acquisition of new land. It further stated that it plans to complete the handover of all units in the residential complex of the Fifth Square project by the middle of next year.
Al Marasem International achieved sales estimated at around
39.5 billion Egyptian pounds last year from its three projects. The company
aims for a significant increase in sales volume during 2025, driven by the
positive results and macroeconomic indicators of the Egyptian economy and their
impact on the real estate market.
The company is currently studying the development of a
250-acre land plot in East Cairo, in addition to a 300-acre land plot in West
Cairo.
