Talaat Moustafa Group's CEO and Managing Director, Hisham Talaat Moustafa, announced a pleasant surprise for clients of the second phase of the SouthMED project situated on the North Coast. This surprise entails a discount of up to 5% on installment payments for clients who secure reservations for units within the second phase, effective until June 3rd or until the designated units are fully subscribed. This initiative serves as an expression of appreciation for the trust placed in the Group by its clients and commemorates the milestone of achieving one trillion Egyptian pounds in sales.
Within the initial 36 hours following the launch of the
second phase of SouthMED, Talaat Moustafa Holding Group recorded substantial
sales of 70 billion Egyptian pounds, attributed to the sale of 5,100 units.
This robust uptake underscores the considerable demand for properties within SouthMED,
a testament to customer confidence in the Group's established reputation and
the attractive attributes of the project, as reported by Hisham Talaat during
his appearance on the "Al-Hekaya" program with broadcaster Amr Adib
on Monday.
