Talaat Moustafa Group has launched the second phase of its SouthMED project on the northwestern coast with a major advertising campaign featuring global icon Sylvester Stallone and football legend Thierry Henry.

The advertisement highlighted Talaat Moustafa Group's vision for SouthMED as a distinctive global destination poised to redefine Mediterranean tourism. Global design and vast green spaces:

SouthMED introduces a novel concept of upscale global living on the southern Mediterranean, encompassing 23 million square meters in a strategic location south of the Mediterranean Sea. Conceived by renowned international design firms OBMI and SWA, Talaat Moustafa Group has prioritized the highest levels of luxury, opulence, and privacy in its design. The terraced layout of the project ensures distinctive views for every residential unit, complemented by extensive green spaces integrated with golf courses and recreational pools within each building complex.

The new advertisement showcased a range of unit models designed to meet diverse needs, including villas with private beach access, chalets with lagoon and golf course views, and marina apartments. These residences feature modern Mediterranean designs built to the highest standards of quality and sophistication, all offering unique sea views.

SouthMED boasts a strategic location near Alamein Airport and features an 8-kilometer sandy beach alongside an impressive 107 kilometers of artificial lagoons, offering breathtaking views for villas and chalets and establishing it as a premier destination for living and leisure. Its "Med Marina," the Mediterranean's largest yacht marina, provides extensive upscale services, international dining and cafes, commercial zones, and technologically advanced business facilities.

 

SouthMED: A year-round destination for hospitality, shopping, and entertainment:

SouthMED is equipped with comprehensive services, establishing it as a year-round premier destination for tourism, recreation, and entertainment. Highlights include a unique 18-hole golf course – the first on the North Coast – a 2.5-kilometer coastal promenade, and over two thousand hotel rooms and suites managed by leading international brands for an exceptional hospitality experience. SouthMED also features integrated and sustainable commercial and entertainment hubs attracting global brands, alongside smart city and home services, a world-class amusement park, and a diverse array of year-round recreational, cultural, and sports activities.

 

First steps towards developing a global destination:

The first phase of SouthMED is under rapid, round-the-clock development, with over two thousand pieces of equipment actively operating on site. Significant progress includes the commencement of excavation and land levelling, with approximately 30 million cubic meters already completed. Additionally, the road leading to the international "Kyma Beach," a unique recreational destination for Greek cuisine enthusiasts offering stunning Mediterranean views, has been paved.
