on the southern Mediterranean, encompassing 23 million square meters in a
strategic location south of the Mediterranean Sea. Conceived by renowned
international design firms OBMI and SWA, Talaat Moustafa Group has prioritized
the highest levels of luxury, opulence, and privacy in its design. The terraced
layout of the project ensures distinctive views for every residential unit,
