According to the company's announcement, the two new hotels, the Hilton Cairo New Capital Downtown and the Hilton Garden Inn Cairo New Capital Downtown, will be built in partnership with Panax, a subsidiary of Selim Holding.
Hilton noted that the two hotels are scheduled to open
in 2028, as part of Hilton's ambitious expansion plan in Egypt, which aims to
double its hotel portfolio to more than 40 operating properties in the coming
years, strengthening its presence as one of the region's leading players in the
luxury hospitality sector.
The Hilton Cairo New Capital Downtown hotel will
include a number of rooms and suites, a main restaurant, a lobby café, a
specialty restaurant, and a poolside bar. It will also contain a
1,000-square-meter ballroom and seven multi-use meeting rooms.
The Hilton Garden Inn Cairo New Capital Downtown, it will include 180 guest rooms, an all-day restaurant, a lobby bar, and a multi-use meeting hall.
