also visited the central control room showcasing comprehensive surveillance
technology.
The minister toured the 230-meter administrative tower and
viewed a presentation on the CBD's development, noting the similarity of
surrounding gardens to the New Capital's "Green River."
He also explored the "Uni Elite" commercial and cultural complex within the CBD, a major project with over 300 stores and a 95% occupancy rate since its 2023 opening.
