The two ministers affirmed the deep historical ties between their countries across all sectors and discussed enhancing joint cooperation in vocational training for employment, as well as safeguarding the rights and duties of Egyptian workers and employers in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
Gobran stressed the Ministry of Labour's readiness to supply
all necessary labor across all sectors and professions required by the
Jordanian market. The ministers also commended the electronic platform
facilitating labor mobility between the two nations.
The Jordanian minister indicated the Jordanian labor market's preparedness to welcome Egyptian professionals in specific in-demand fields and professions in the near future, in collaboration with the Egyptian Ministry of Labour. The ministers also agreed to strengthen cooperation in the coming period and to collaborate in Arab and international forums on shared labor concerns.
