According to the agreement between the two parties, the EBank will receive its new branch in Project 205 within two years of complete construction, and the bank will carry out the finishing and equipping process.
Project 205 is being built on an area of 205 acres in
Sheikh Zayed City, in partnership between the New Urban Communities Authority
and Arkan Palm Company. It is a residential, commercial, administrative, hotel,
and entertainment project, comprising three hotels whose management contracts
have been signed with the international IHG Group. It also features the tallest
towers in Sheikh Zayed City and West Cairo, standing 135 meters above ground
level and each tower having 40 floors.
Engineer Mamdouh Badr El-Din, President of Badr El-Din Companies, said that Arkan Palm is completing contracts with entities in various sectors to be present in Project 205. He pointed out that the company has focused on providing integrated services other than the residential part, including banks, clinics, and headquarters of companies, institutions, and entertainment areas.
