Minister of Housing, Sherif El-Sherbiny, announced that the initial phase includes Diyarna, Janna, Sakan Misr, free housing, and diverse housing projects, aiming to cater to various income levels, aligning with President El-Sisi's directives for suitable housing for all citizens and the state's overall vision.
Diyarna units are available on www.hdb-reservation.com in: New Cairo, 6th of October
Gardens, New Obour, Capital Gardens, Badr, 10th of Ramadan, Sadat, New Borg El
Arab, New Assiut, New Minya, West Qena, New Nasser, New Beni Suef, New Thebes,
and New Sohag. Janna and Sakan Misr units are offered in New Mansoura City, and
free housing in New Suez City.
Engineer Amin Ghoneim of the New Urban Communities Authority
stated that Diverse Housing units in Ismailia, El-Matareya, El-Salam, and
Alexandria will also be available through the Housing and Development Bank.
The application process starts today Tuesday, April 15, 2025, and runs until 11:59 PM on May 15, 2025 (electronic application). Internal bank review and SMS notifications will follow from May 18 to June 30, 2025. The electronic booking phase will be announced later.
