In a press release, the Central Bank stated, "On the occasion of Easter and Sham El-Nessim holidays, all banks operating in Egypt will be closed on Sunday and Monday, April 20th and 21st, 2025, with operations resuming on the morning of Tuesday, April 22nd, 2025."
