Karim Malash, CEO of M Squared, announced that the Mist project spans 45 acres and is distinguished by its low-density residential master plan. Furthermore, water features and green spaces are integral to the design, comprising 80% of the project's overall plan.
The residential zones within the project are divided into
two main clusters, each featuring residential units situated around an
eco-friendly lake. The project's water features cover 20,000 square meters and
are managed using ventilation systems and surrounding vegetation to ensure
efficient water use and minimize environmental impact.
Covering 110,000 square meters, the residential areas of the MIST project encompass 850 units. These range from one-bedroom apartments starting at 65 square meters, to two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments, as well as larger townhouse units.
