El-Sherbiny emphasized that the Magra El-Oyoun area development project is a pivotal undertaking in Cairo Governorate. It aligns with the political leadership's directives to revitalize Cairo's historical grandeur and enhance its historical, cultural, and touristic significance.
During the session, the Minister of Housing examined
proposals for the area's planned projects, which include an administrative,
commercial, hotel, and service complex. The project's elements, such as parking
facilities, restaurants, cafes, retail outlets, banks, and other amenities,
were also presented.
The meeting further covered the project's schedule and its three implementation phases. Minister El-Sherbiny instructed that the project should commence immediately, with designs finalized to pave the way for construction. He also mandated regular monitoring by the Ministry's team to address any potential challenges during implementation.
