El-Sherbiny indicated that the offering of approximately 400,000 housing units, the largest housing offering prepared by the Ministry of Housing, comes in implementation of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi's directives to provide adequate housing for all income groups. He noted that this offering represents a major step toward achieving the state's vision of providing adequate and suitable housing for all citizens.
He clarified that 26,1253 housing units will be offered through the Housing and Development Bank’s website www.hdb-reservation.com, in 5 phases: the first phase (35,088) housing units on 4/15/2025, the second phase (59,510) housing units on 7/15/2025, the third phase (59,687) housing units on 10/15/2025, the fourth phase (58,312) housing units on 1/15/2026, and the fifth phase (48,656) housing units on 4/15/2026.
