He pointed out that the Ministry of Supply and Internal Trade takes into account all cost elements and production inputs for manufacturing subsidized local bread, including the price of diesel, in light of the new prices for petroleum products.
He stressed that citizens get subsidized local bread through the ration card at a price of 20 piasters, and that the state continues to bear the difference in production costs and pay it to bakery owners.
