The meeting falls within the framework of the state's commitment to developing the Northwest Coast region. He noted that we aim to ensure integration between the projects currently being implemented in the region, emphasizing that the Ministry of Housing has a vision for the development of the entire region.
He stressed the need to focus on the hotel component of
targeted development sectors, in light of the recent significant influx of
tourists to the North Coast and the increase in the number of incoming tourists.
This supports the state's drive to increase hotel room capacity along the
Northwest Coast.
The meeting reviewed a number of ideas and proposals to
maximize the use of available land and ensure integration between projects and
development zones in the region. The Minister directed that work and
coordination be undertaken with operating companies to overcome any obstacles
they face during project implementation.
For their part, senior developers thanked the Minister for the Ministry's forward-thinking approach to developing the Northwest Coast region, presenting a number of requests that would facilitate the acceleration of work and the implementation of projects in the region.
