Dr. Mohamed Khalaf Allah emphasized that the service road expansion and road duplication from Marina 1 to Marina 3 represent a turning point in the volume and traffic flow of the Marina service lane. They also revitalize services in the Champs-Élysées area, where a separation wall is being constructed, transforming it into a commercial and service area to serve owners and visitors of the coastal area.
He followed up on the plan to utilize the spaces at the Marina El Alamein Tourist Center, as well as the work on the main strait, which represents the most important navigational passage for transporting seawater from the northern Marina lakes to the lakes in the southern expansions. With a length of 550 meters, this strait will help drive development in the southern region and ensure optimal utilization to achieve the state's plan for the coastal region, which will begin with the Marina El Alamein Tourist Center. El Sherbiny directed that work be accelerated to complete the projects on schedule.
