Khozam added that the company plans to officially launch the project, which will be implemented on a plot of land in Sheikh Zayed, next May. Meanwhile, the company intends to launch its project in Ras El Hekma on the North Coast in July of this year.
He added that this move comes as part of
the company's strategy to expand into integrated residential and tourism
projects, with a focus on delivering projects that meet the growing demand for
luxury units in Sheikh Zayed and the North Coast. He noted that Alcazar plans
to leverage these new locations to develop integrated urban communities.
The company is scheduled to announce details of the development plans for the two projects in the coming period, including designs, available spaces, and pricing plans, as part of its strategy to support the real estate market with new projects.
