El-Sherbiny reviewed the proposed development vision for West Ras El-Hekma, covering its purpose, opportunities, advantages, environmental features, logistical capabilities, and other key factors contributing to the region's development.
The meeting also covered the project's architectural style
and included zones, leveraging the area's natural environment south of the
coastal road. This will create diverse developments, featuring lakes for water
features.
Minister El-Sherbiny highlighted plans to create lakes south of the coastal road to optimize land use, including newly transferred lands under the New Urban Communities Authority in the Northwest Coast. Concluding the meeting, the Minister directed the completion of agreed-upon revisions and the preparation of the final West Ras El-Hekma development plan, ensuring it details the area's economic factors and plan components, and integrates existing projects.
